City Council meeting of April 19, 1993 <br />Page <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to grant a variance to Jerome Rupkus, <br />16315 Harrow Avenue, to construct an accessory building closer to the <br />front lot line than the principal building, according to the submitted <br />site plan. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />LUTZ (SITE PLAN REVIEW)_ <br />On October 7, 1991, the Hugo City Council granted permission to John Lutz <br />to construct a new single family dwelling on his property located at 8050 <br />157th Street. North. As there was already an existing residence on this <br />property, the Council conditioned approval of the site plan by giving Mr. <br />Lutz three options in meeting the City's requirement that only one <br />residential dwelling by placed on a lot in an agricultural district of the <br />City. Mr. Lutz's options were: <br />1. Designate the older residence a farm accessory building with no human <br />habitation allowed. <br />2. Removal of the older residence from the site. <br />3. If the older residence is to be used as a single family dwelling, the <br />property would have to be subdivided consistent with City subdivision <br />regulations. <br />Mr. Lutz requested that the City allow him an add:i.ti.onal six months to <br />bring his property into compliance with the conditions of site plan <br />approval in order to provide his family the opportunity to settle the <br />estate of his parents, with which the parcel is .included. <br />Stoltzman made motion, Barnes seconded, to grant a six-month extension to <br />John Lutz, 8050 157th Street, to bring his property into compliance with <br />the conditions of site plan approval in order to provide his family the <br />opportunity to settle the estate of his parent=_. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />RAMSEY ACTION PROGRAM <br />The Hugo City Council received a request from Patrick Miller that he be <br />appointed to the Ramsey Action Programs, Target Area Advisory Council for <br />Washington County. The Council requested that staff review •t.;• -:.is program <br />and appointment, and report to the City Council. Majel Carroll! <br />representing the Ramsey Action Programs, addressed t:.t•e Council with _-.. <br />background brief on the program. <br />Stoltzman made motion, Barnes seconded, to appoint Mr. Patrick Miller as <br />Hugo's representative on the Ramsey Action Programs, Target Area Advisory <br />Council, for Washington County. Mr. Miller is appointed to the Council <br />for a two-year period. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />
