Hugo Planning Commission <br />January 24, 1979 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />VERN PELOQUIN - RLZONING <br />Vern Peloquin, David Schwartz, and Robert Bernier own property presently <br />zoned CB, and the city has received applications to have the land re- <br />zoned to SFE. <br />Potion made by Ehret, seconded by_ Greger, to schedule a public hearing <br />for February 14, 1979, at 7:00 Pi"I, to consider the requests of Vern <br />Peloquin, Robert Bernier, and David Schwartz to rezone their property <br />from the CB zone to the SFD zone. <br />VOTING FOR: Peltier, Greger, McAllister and Ehret <br />ABSTAINED: Peloquin <br />Motion Carried. <br />The Planning•Com:�ission has received letters from Jim Houle, Jim Brevig, 8-, <br />Richard Birrenbach expressing their interest in the vacancies on the <br />Commission. The Commission will review all letters at their meeting <br />of February 14, 1979, and at that time will make a recommendation to <br />the City Council. <br />The Planning Commission had -requested that an amendment be drafted in- <br />corporating Site Plan Approval into the Industrial and Commercial zone. <br />They are now requesting an update as to the status of the amend.,ent. <br />Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Peloquin, to adjourn at 11:23 Prt. <br />All aye.
