Motion Carried. <br />Mr. Moe presented a site plan of what he would ultimately like to do <br />with his property. The land is zoned SFU. Mr. Moe's mainl;*W:!,* concern <br />was the splitting of Lot 5 to be used as a building site for his son., <br />To proceed with the plan as submitted, Mr. Moe would be required to have <br />a Major Subdivision. Dan Koehler recommended platting because of the <br />Flood Plain. He suggested that a Minor Subdivision could be granted for <br />Lot 5 and other further subdivision would require platting. The Planning <br />Commission recommended that the City Clerk contact the Mayor or City <br />Attorney requesting an immediate opinion as to whether or not the City <br />Council would consider a Minor Subdivision in lots of less than 5 acres <br />(SFU zoning), refer to Chapter 290-9, Subdivison E and 290-9, Subdivi- <br />sion I. <br />MALLINGER. MEYERS AND PELOQUIN - LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS <br />Mr. Koehler took the appropriate files and will make determination of <br />legal descriptions for the above rezonings. <br />
