City Council Minutes - July 19, 199 <br />Page 2 <br />I)evelgernEint_AgrE-err,ent _J_gountryF='o ids <br />Motion made by Leroux, seconded by Miron to direct the city administrator <br />to investigate park land versus park land fee for upcoming subdivisions. <br />All aye, motion passed. <br />Motion made by Leroux, seconded by Barnes to table the Country Ponds <br />Development Agreement until the City Council meeting of August 2, 1993 and <br />Attorney Galler has made the recommended revisions. <br />All aye, motion passed <br />Development Aare•.Fment (Rica Lab_e_Meadows 'ncl Addi.tio I. <br />Motion made by Miron, seconded by Brunotte to table the Rice Lake Meadows <br />2nd Addition until the Council meeting of August 2, 1991 when Attorney <br />Ga.11.er has made the recommended revisions. <br />All aye, motion passed <br />Council directed staff to send a letter to Acting Fire Chief Wisner to <br />provide representation at the August s council meeting regarding the fire <br />department mission statement.. <br />Attorney Greg +_faller stated that he had maps of the Waller property from <br />1965 to 199: for anyone: who was interested :in seeing them. <br />Mr. Gall.er- also provided a copy of the revised Stolt man Special use <br />Permit. Mr. Stolt man stated he would review the document as soon as <br />possible. <br />The River C:.i.t_;: Asphalt Mining permit and litigation is status quo. They <br />will continue to mine without a permit until an agreement is reached. <br />Mayor � � c.;i;n stated that _h - proposed C1K;?1 plan had been accepted. <br />Motion mad - by Miron, seconded rry Leroux trdirect staf to investigate. <br />feasibility of acquiring r-ztah•it-o-1-WC-ty on the west side of 1.7Y"eefiL. Why the problem is occurring. <br />2. What we need to do to fix it. <br />3. What changes we need to make in our pavement section, construction <br />
