Stoltzman seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 93-14, <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATING 129TH STREET AS A "NO PARKING" ZONE. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman <br />Motion Carried. <br />IN -PROGRESS REVIEW (1993 WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT_Sj <br />Ken Weber, representing the City Engineer, reported on the current status <br />of the 1993 water system improvements. <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />During the Council workshop held on 9/25/93, the Council determined to <br />conduct a workshop with the Planning Commission on October 27, 1993 for <br />the purpose of improving the decision-making processes of the City. Staff <br />recommended that the Council establish a special meeting of the City <br />Council for October 27, 1993. <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to schedule a special Council meeting, <br />in joint session with the Planning Commission, for October 27, 1997., at <br />7:30 PM . <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />The City Engineer will be reporting on the Surface Water Management <br />Program some time in November, 1993. <br />JOINT MEETING WITH LINO LAMES <br />The City Administrator has schedule a joint dinner meeting with Lino Lakes <br />for October 14, 1993, at a place to be determined. Tonight's meeting is <br />to be recessed until October 14, 1993, with the meeting place to be <br />publicized when determined. <br />STOLTZMAN SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT <br />Councilman Miron suggested that the Stoltzman Agreement "sunset clause" <br />should state a specific number of years that the business can continue to <br />operate, as long as the property remains in the Stoltzman name. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, that the City Attorney include in the <br />Stoltzman Settlement Agreement language limiting Walter L. Stoltzman's <br />business to 30 years, as long as the property remains in the Stoltzman <br />name. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron <br />ABSTAINED: Stoltzman <br />Motion Carried. <br />
