Hugo Planning Commission <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />May 26, 1976 <br />man Schletty has received complaints. Schuh said they weren't aware <br />of them. They have kept the area watered, he said. Purther stated <br />he will lower driveway and put gravel back - there has been a pole <br />in the way up until now. <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to recommend to the <br />City Council that the Mining Permit granted to Richard Schuh on April 5, <br />1976, be extended until June 30, 1977 subject to the conditions con- <br />tained therein, subject to the filing of a Certificate of Insurance to <br />expire no earlier than June ?0, 1977, and subject to the correction of <br />the driveway permitting access to the Brown propefty, also known as the <br />old '3risson School. At the time of review, the expiration date of the <br />bond should be changed to June 70, 1977. <br />Voting for: Spitzer, --hret, Peloquin and Peltier. Motion carried. <br />ORDINANCE AMIENDMENT <br />Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, to recommend to the <br />City Council that they amend Chapter 240 of the City Code, Chapter 240-4, <br />titled "Vacancies',, by adding the following sentence: <br />"The seat of any Planning Commission member who fails to attend <br />four consequtive regular meetings of the Planning Commission, unless <br />excused by the Planning Commission Chairman, shall automatically be <br />deemed vacant." <br />All voted aye.
