MINUTE'S OF THE HUGO CITY C'OUNC I L MEETING OF _MARCH 2, 1992 The regular meeting was called to order by Mayor Stolt man at 7:00PM. PRESENT: Barnes, Brunotte, Jesinski, Miron, Stolt man, Administrator Huber, Carole LaBelle, k:en Weber from Kuusisto Engineering Motion made by Brunotte, seconded by Miron to approve the minutes of the February 18, 1992 City Council meeting. All aye, motion passed. Motion made by Jesinski, seconded by Stolt man to approve the minutes of the February 24, 1992 City Council meeting. All aye. Motion Carried. Motion made by Miron, seconded by Brunotte to approve the claims for March 2, 1992 in the amount of 16,767.28. All aye. Motion Carried. AUTO DISMANTLING LICENSES Hugo Auto Parts, Modern Recycling, and Northside Auto Farts have made application to the City of Hugo for renewal of their Auto Dismantling Licenses. Previous permits for the above referenced auto dismantling yards expired on October 3, 1991, and the City received license applications from these individuals on the dates noted on their applications. We would recommend that the City Council act on each of these license applications separately. HUGO AUTO AND TRUCK PARTS Motion made by Barnes, seconded by Stolt man to approve the Auto Dismantling license for Hugo Auto Parts, 16651 Forest Blvd, Hugo, Minnesota, (Richard and Mit.-.el Brandt) subject to 21 special conditions, license to expire on October 3, 1992. All aye, motion passed. MODERN RECYCLING It was noted that there are vehicles stacked too high and visible over the fencing. They are currently operating on Sunday and have expanded their weekday hours by 30 minutes each day. All of these changes have occurred without approval from the City. Motion made by Miron, seconded by Brunotte to approve the Auto Ui.smantlincg License for Modern Recycling, 16813 Forest Blvd., Hugo, Minnesota (Roger DuPaUl) subject to and compliance with 21 special conditions, license to expire on October 3, 1992. All aye, motion passed. Cit) staff will contact Mr. DuPaul requiring compliance with the conditions of his auto dismantling license. Motion made by Miron, seconded by Brunotte to approve the Auto Dismantling License for Northside Auto Parts, 16705 Forest Blvd., Hugo, Minnesota, (Steve Barthold) subject to the 21 special. conditions, license to expire on October- 3, 1992.
