City Council meeting of June 1.5. 1992 <br />PaQe 5 <br />Leroux; made motion, Miron seconded, that the City of Hugo appoint Dave <br />Truax: to serve as Hugo's representative on the Br'own's Creek Watershed <br />Management Organization, for a term to expire July, 1994. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION APPROVAL (DAUBENSPECK:) <br />The City received the final plat for Ron and Pauline Daubenspeck to <br />subdivide 5.6 acres into four lots known as DAUBENSPECF:: ESTATES. The <br />required changes to the plat were made, as required by the City and the <br />City Engineer. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux: seconded, to approve the final plat for Ron and <br />Pauline Daubenspeck to subdivide 5.6 acres into four lots known as <br />DAUBENSPECK ESTATES. Approval is subject to the following: <br />1. Payment of $525.00 for park land dedication. <br />2. Lot 2 may not be sold until a building permit is issued for Lot I. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Miron made motion. Stolt man seconded, to schedule a special meeting of <br />the Hugo City Council on Wednesday, June 17, 1992, at 7:30 PM, for -the <br />purpose of conducting a work session for further discussion of Cit; <br />priorities. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Attorney Charles Johnson reviewed the response from Mr. Robert Lydon <br />regarding the changes in the Joint Powers Agreement between the City of <br />Hugo and White Bear Township, relative to the County Road "J" Project. <br />Barnes made motion, Stolt man seconded, to approve the Special Agreement <br />between the City of Hugo and White Bear Township, and authorize the Mayor <br />to sign said Agreement on behalf of the City. Approval is subject t.o the <br />City of Hugo being notified if attorney'.s fees exceed $3,200. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Stoltzman made motion.
