City Council meeting_ of July 6. 1992 <br />Page 6 <br />ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS COMMITTEE <br />There is an outstanding complaint regarding weeds and the general <br />condition of the back yard of property located at 6070 138th Street North. <br />in Hugo. City Administrator MuseuS recommended that the City Council <br />reconsider how complaints to the City are handled. Presentlyl, written <br />complaints are forwarded to the City Council, and they are usually then <br />forwarded to the Ordinance Violations Committee. He is suggesting that <br />the staff be allowed to investigate the complaint, and if needed, ask: for <br />further direction from the Council. <br />Brunotte made motion, Leroux: seconded, directing staff to handle written <br />complaints addressed to the City. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />The Council received a copy of a permit issued by the .State of Mi.nnesota"s <br />Environmental Ouality Board to NSP for the routing of a gas pipeline <br />through the City of Hugo. Minnesota Statutes 1161.01 through .1161.015 <br />grants the MNEOB jurisdiction to determine the route of certain pipelines <br />within the state, including this one. No action was necessary regarding <br />this matter. <br />GRASS FIRE RIG <br />Stoltzman made motion, Barnes seconded, to accept the bid of Mike Perrault <br />to purchase the grass fire rig in the amount of �i,ii�'►i. >��. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Councilman Miron inquired about the status of road work to be done for <br />Charles Haas. He would like a report at the next meeting (7/20/92). <br />Miror made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to adjourn at F'M. <br />All aye.
