City Council meeting of October 5, 1992 <br />Page 4 <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE <br />At the request of the Planning Commission, the City Administrator has <br />prepared a schedule and outline for development of the City's new <br />Comprehensive Plan. Staff recommends a joint meeting, between the <br />Planning Commission and Council, be scheduled so that the Administrator <br />may present the schedule and outline, and receive comments on it. <br />Miron made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to schedule a joint workshop <br />between the City Council and Planning Commission for October 21, 1992, at <br />7:30 PM, to discuss the schedule and outline for development of the City's <br />new Comprehensive Plan. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING UNPAID UTILITY BILLS <br />Pursuant to Chapter 314-21 of the Municipal Code, staff is recommending <br />that unpaid utility bills be placed on the tax rolls as liens against the <br />properties identified on the draft resolution. <br />Stoltzman made motion, Miron seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION 92-29, <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING UNPAID UTILITY BILLS BE PLACED ON THE TAX ROLLS. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Brunotte, Leroux, Miron, Stoltzman <br />Motion Carried. <br />STOLTZMAN COMPLAINT <br />Tom Loucks, investigating consultant, was present to discuss his findings <br />in regard to the complaint filed against Walter Stoltzman for the <br />operation of a junk yard and auto repair business on property located at <br />8221 157th Street North. His written report was submitted for Council <br />1'•r.Jl�:; —e&s c:t- %t-iiw�hv discussion regarding r'f,ty <br />to "license" businesses within their community, and how some of these <br />ideas could be incorporated in Hugo. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, to accept the report submitted by Tom <br />Loucks, and table further discussion of this matter until the Council <br />meeting of 10/19/92. <br />VOTING AYE: Barnes, Brunorte, Leroux, Miron <br />ABSTAINED: Stoltzman <br />Motion Carried. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Administrator Museus, Council member Barnes, and a representative from <br />Howard Kuusisto's office inspected the roads improved in CIP, Phase 2. It <br />was the consensus that the roads were in excellent condition. <br />
