The proposed <br />uilding is to be used for residential purposes only. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />VARIANCE REQUEST (SCHOELLER) <br />Gordon and Lorraine Schoeller have requested a variance from the City's <br />requirement to side accessory buildings with the same materials as the <br />principal dwelling. The Board of Appeals considered this request at their <br />September 23, 1992 meeting, and recommended approval of the variance <br />request. <br />Barnes made motion, Brunotte seconded, to approve the variance request of <br />Gordon and Lorraine Schoeller, 4996 120th Street, to side a proposed 24' x <br />40'accessory building with materials that are different than the principal <br />dwelling. Approval is based on the following: <br />1. Their inability to acquire brick similar to that on their home due to <br />the age of the dwelling. <br />2. The high cost of providing brick facing to an accessory building. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />ARIANCE REQUEST (CARDINAL) <br />Thomas E. Cardinal of 9479 122nd Street North has requested a variance to <br />construct an accessory building closer to the public road than the <br />residence. The request is based on the suitability of the land for the <br />building, and orientation of the home. Motion Carried. <br />SITE PLAN APPROVAL (HUBBARD BROADCASTING) <br />Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., has requested site plan approval to,inst.all a <br />4.5 meter reception dish on their property located in the. Peloquin <br />Industrial Parti.. The site plan, as presented, meets the requirements of <br />City ordinance, and is compatible with existing use of the site.
