Barnes made motion, Brunotte seconded, that Mrs. Laura Stoltzman meet with the City Administrator to identify the points of clarification needed in the Loucks' report and that they be incorporated into the document, and that those points be presented to the Council. All aye. Motion Carried. EXECUTIVE SESSION (RIVER CITY LITIGATION) Mr. James Golembeck, the attorney appointed by the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust to represent the City in its litigation with River City Asphalt, has requested an executive session to discuss the status of the lawsuit and the court hearing that was held on Friday, October 9, 1992. Stoltzman made motion, Miron seconded, to set an executive session of the Hugo City Council for Monday, October 26, 1992, at 7:30 PM, to discuss the River City litigation with the City's attorney. All aye. Motion Carried. FIRE DEPARTMENT PERSONNEL Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, to accept the resignations of Brett Kostuch, Dennis Kostuch, and Keith Greenwaldt from the Hugo Fire Department, effective 10/19/92. Stoltzman made motion, Miron secor,diied, that the City of Hugo appoint Pat Sontag, Mat Wetterling, and Jim Kellison to the Hugo Fire Department, effective 10/19/92. The COUncil requested that Fire Chief, Ron Istvanovich, appear before them on Monday, November 2, 1992, to discuss the status of staff on the dept. PERFGPMANCE EVALUATION (CITY ADMINISTRATOR) Miron made motion, Leroux seconded, that Mr. Jim Brimt;,er be contacted to assist them in their evaluation of the City Administrator. All aye. Motion Carried. Mayor Stoltzman agreed to contact Mr. Brimeyer. MISCELLANEOUS The City's new fire truck will be on display at the Hugo Fire Station on Sunday, November 1, 1992, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
