City Council meeting of November 2, 1992 <br />Page _ <br />COMPREHENSIVE FLAN DEVELOPMENT GUIDE <br />The Planning Commission has recommended adoption of the Comprehensive Plan <br />Development Guide, presented to the Council at the PC Workshop held on <br />October 21, 1992. <br />Miron made motion, Leroux: seconded, to accept the Planning Commission's <br />recommendation to adopt the Comprehensive Plan Development Guide, and <br />allocate $15,000 from the City's recodification account as a budgeTfor the <br />plan. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Stanford Krueger addressed the Council about a cow pass located on 130th <br />Street, that could potential hazard. He also requested that the City <br />inspect the ZAP Games site for possible "leftover remnants" from their <br />operation. <br />Miron made motion, Barnes seconded, directing City staff to inspect the <br />ZAP Games property to make sure property has been left in an orderly <br />fashion. <br />All aye. Motion Carried. <br />Miron made motion, Stoltzman seconded, to review the h::rueger complaint <br />regarding the "cow -pass hazard". <br />All aye.
