Motion Carried. <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br />Mayor Stoltzman issued a PROCLAMATION declaring the week: of November <br />15-21, 1992 as American Education Week:. <br />Mayor Stoltzman reminded the Council to complete their performance <br />evaluations of the City Administrator. <br />The "beaver problem" on Rice Lake has been resolved. <br />Administrator MUseUs reported on the status of the Hugo Meadows parts:. In <br />a meeting with Met Council, it was determined that a land swap would be <br />needed, and this matter would be discussed further during review of the <br />City's comp plan. <br />Council member LeroUX suggested that the City Assessor be provided copies <br />of agricultural site plans on a timely basis. <br />The Council was reminded that professional appointments would be <br />considered in a short time. <br />Property owner, Stanford Krueger, presented the Council with a letter of <br />an alleged zoning ordinance violation. <br />Miron made motion. LeroUX seconded, that the City's Code Enforcement <br />Officer be directed to research the alleged zoning violation. <br />All aye.
