There was no formal action taken on this matter. MISCELLANEOUS The City Engineer, Howard KULtSisto, presented a summary of the status of the water tower project. The Purchase Agreement has been prepared by the City Attorney, and is ready for eXecution by Grace Development. The site consists of 1.16 acres, with a purchase price of=:i►,c►iiii,iic_►, Mr. k..LIUSiStO stated that he is hoping for a bid opening on this project some time in January, 1993. Financing of this project will be discussed with the Council at a later date. Stolt man made motion, Barnes seconded, to accept the Purchase Agreement as prepared by City Attorney, Charles Johnson, for the purchase of 1.16 acres from the Grace Development Corporation, in the amount. of $=i►,i►i►i;, to be used as the site for the City's new water tower. All aye. Motion Carried. The City Administrator stated that he will contact the Washington County Sign Department regarding proper signing for dangerous "cow passes" in the City. FIRE DEPARTMENT PUMPER The City Administrator recommended that the #41'.3 PLimper be sold, and that the City advertise for its sale some time in the spri.nq.
