<br />The meeti'0 n,-,,- was called to order at 8:0' P.M* by Chairman Spitzer.

<br />Attending were Spitzer, Ehret, Peltier, Rosenquist, Greger, and
<br />Gillen. Peloquin arrived at 8:12 P.M*
<br />Greger questioned the wording that adjoining property of George
<br />Jungblut (Mr. & M-r.s. Gallon) were in fact in favor of the subdivi—
<br />sion. A.T
<br />etter reviewed, The Gallon's are in favor of the subdivision,
<br />however, they feel the lot size should be smaller than one acre.
<br />Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Ehret, to approve the minutes of
<br />November 24, 19.76, with the above addition,,

<br />The chair ruled that his participation would not be included in the
<br />discussion. First, we have to make a recommendation --to the City
<br />Counc*-11

<br />.r.. r,, Larry Ehret stated there would be time problem for him in the
<br />spring and the fall. He would need everybody 's assistance at that
<br />time. Greater assistance will be needed from the secretary,
<br />Mike F7cr1l.1lister presented himself to the commission as a possible r;�—
<br />placement for the future vacancies, Mr. McAllister felt it l....,rould
<br />be a good learning experience, and good place to start in co.T.1ir-und.-t-

<br />affairs. He is interested in the whole town., and not one particu-iar
<br />area. Mr. McAllister is employed by the 31-1 Company in their Aviation
<br />Department, and has no particular engineering experience.
<br />Al Lemker was - also present to be considered, 1.1r. Lemker lives on
<br />Ethan Avenue and is employed at lst National Bank, Mr. Lem-ker's
<br />background engineerint7round is financial, and has no , Spitzer asked if

<br />there would be any time problem, and he replied no, Mr. Lemker placed
<br />the name of Jim Metry for cons* ration Mr. Metry lives on 120th
<br />Street. Hr..-. is employed by-A-nd, &Window and has an engineering
<br />background . Mr. 1"Jetry heads up Oak Shore Park's Park Board.
