Members for: Peloquin, Spitzer, <br /> Johnson, Ehret, and Peltier. Motion carried. <br /> BRAD HINSETH - RAMSEY OPEN SPACE PARK <br /> Mr. Hinseth explained the proposal for a park on the north side of <br /> Bald Eagle Lake which would be acquired and developed by the <br /> Metropolitan Park Board and Owned and Operated by the Ramsey County <br /> Park Board. Mr. Peloquin pointed out that there would be a big tax <br /> loss if the homes in the area were acquired for the park. <br /> Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Johnson, to recommend approval <br /> of the proposal of the Ramsey County Open Space. Peloquin - No, <br /> Spitzer;- No, Johnson - No, Peltier -- No, Ehret - Yes. Motion <br /> denied. <br /> ROBERT JURAN, SR. - APPLICATION FOR REZONING AND SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> The application for Special Use Permit was not needed. <br /> Mr. Juran was told that he would need an accurate legal description <br /> of the one acre done by a surveyor. A public hearing would have <br /> to be held. A plan for the one acre, plus a floor plan of the <br /> proposed store. Justification for rezoning on the impact of the <br /> rezoning on the surrounding area. He would have to furnish a <br /> list of all adjoining property owners for the public hearing <br /> notification. <br /> • <br /> Schwab suggested that he have Tom Crever, the Building Inspector, <br /> inspect the building to see if any changes have to be made. Schwab <br /> also suggested that he not obtain a surveyor until he has tentative <br /> approval. <br /> RAY L. GRANGER & ASSOCIATES <br /> The secretary was instructed to ask the Deputy Clerk to send Mr. <br /> Granger a copy of the appropriate portion of the Ordinance dealing <br /> with Concentrated Business District. <br /> Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Ehret, that items 5 and 6 of <br /> this agenda be placed as the last two items on the agenda for <br /> June. Motion carried. <br /> Motion made by Ehret, seconded by Peltier, that we dispense with <br /> the second meetint; in the month of May. Motion carried. <br /> A tentative date of 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 31 has been set for <br /> the Planning Commission to inspect the White Bear Rod & Gun Club. <br /> Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Ehret, that the meeting be <br /> adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
