MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS <br /> OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> AUGUST 13, 1975 <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8 : 04 PM by Chairman Spitzer. <br /> Members present were Spitzer, Peloquin, Rosenquist, and Peltier. Ehret <br /> arrived at 9:30 PM. Also present was Bill Schwab , Washington County <br /> Planner. <br /> Peltier pointed out that the spelling of the names Zinschlog and <br /> McDermotte should be corrected to be spelled Zinschlag and McDer- <br /> maid in the minutes of the July 9 meeting. Motion made by Peltier, <br /> seconded by Peloquin that the minutes of the July 9 meeting be app- <br /> roved <br /> roved as corrected. Motion carried, <br /> Ken Tschida <br /> Jack Welsch, an architect, appeared with Mr. Tschida to discuss <br /> changes they would 1 4_ke to make in the development plan for the Bald <br /> Eagle Industrial Park. They were told that Flacon Avenue must either <br /> be built or a bond posted before any building permits could be obtained. <br /> Motion made by Peltier and seconded by Peloquin that the matter of <br /> the Planned Unit Development be tabled until August 27th at which time <br /> Mr. Tschida is requested to submit to the Planning Commission all the <br /> necessary information before a public hearing can be held. Members <br /> for: Spitzer, Peloquin, Rosenquist and Peltier. Motion carried. <br /> Clark McDermaid <br /> Mr. McDermaid appeared to request rezoning of Robert McCloud 's property <br /> at 1627 N. 122nd Street. It is a sixty acre parcel that he wants to <br /> rezone from A to RR2. Mr. McDermaid owns property in Grant township <br /> that he does not have food access to and has already received prelim- <br /> inary approval from the Grant town bo-,,rd for a subdivision contingent <br /> on rezoning of McCloud 's property. Motion made by Peltier, seconded <br /> by Peloquin that a public hearing for rezoning of McCloud's property <br />
