Also, there is only a 301 <br /> easement for a road and it would be necessary for the group to obtain <br /> the necessary additional footage for a sixty foot road and it must be <br /> built up to a seven ton blacktop road. <br /> Amending Zoning Code <br /> The City Council has recommended to the Planning Commission that the <br /> zoning code be amended to include tennis courts as an accessory use. <br /> Motion made by Rosenquist , seconded by Peloquin, to table this matter <br /> until an adequate number of amendments can be gathered to justify hold- <br /> ing a public hearing. All voted aye. Motion carried. <br /> White Bear Rod and Gun Club <br /> The City Council has requested the Planning Commission to review the <br /> White Bear Rod and Gun Club facilities to see if they are in compliance <br /> with their special use permit. Peloquin was named as the chairman, <br /> with Peltier and Rosenquist to serve on the committee to inspect the <br /> premises . Committee to report to Planning Commission on August 27th. <br /> Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, that the meeting be <br /> adjourned at 10L30 PM.
