MINUTES OP PROCEEDINGS <br /> OF THE HUGO PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> The meeting was called to order at 8 : 02 PM by Chairman Spitzer. <br /> Members present were: Spitzer, Ehret , l eloquin, Hosenquist and Peltier. <br /> Leroux arrived at 8:55 PM. Also attending were Irene Leroux, represent- <br /> ing the City Council and Bill Schwab, Wattfngt on County Planner, who <br /> arrived at 8 : 30 PM. <br /> Peltier pointed out that the spelling cif Falcon was misspelled <br /> Flacon in the minutes of the last meeting. Motion made by Ehret, second- <br /> ed by Peltier, that the minutes of the August 13 meeting be approved af- <br /> ter ,they are corrected. Motion carried. <br /> Art hur Jen sen <br /> Arthur E. and Joann C. Jensen, who have already paid the $35 fee, <br /> applied for a special use permit to build a 'duplex at 4504 170th Street <br /> North, which is presently zoned agricultural. <br /> They appeared at the previous meeting with the results of a pero <br /> test which was OK. They. had been told to tike soil borings 8* feet deep, <br /> which they apparently didn't understand they were required; they had only <br /> tested down to 53". They were also told they would need to bring in a <br /> registered warranty deed to prove ownership; <br /> Motion made by Ehret , seconded by Peltier, to table the matter for <br /> at least one hour, until Bill Schwab arrived. Motion carried. <br /> lee Stewart <br /> Lee Stewart paid the fee and applied for a special use permit to <br /> operate a used car lot for 12 to 15 oars, at Forest Boulevard and 141st <br /> Street. The location is presently the site ` of a restaurant . <br /> It was pointed out that Ordinance No. 123, dated August 14, 1975, <br /> has been amended to include motor vehicle sales and that the property <br /> in question is in a Retail Business district. <br />
