a Motion made by Rosenquist , seconded byPeltier, that the matter be tabled until Mr. Stewart is present to discuss the matter. He shall be notified that he will be placed on thea agenda for the September S ptearber 10th meeting. Motion carried, Ken Tschida Chairman Spitzer informed Mr. Tschida that the Planning Commission has no application of any kind, on file from him. Tschida stated that it is going to take longer than he a � anticipated to have the ♦P Tanned Unit Development ready , that he has discussed the matter with Mr. Schwab, and he is not ready to submit an application on for a special p ial use permit at this time. h Tere was much discussion concerning sewer i � s plans for the development. Present plans call for the sewer to run along a boulevard along Farnham Avenue rather than in the street itse Several S veral of the Planning Commiss,. ion members voiced ob ect i ons t o this� plan and would rather see the sewer run dawn the center of the street. r M Tschida stated that if he would be required to make these changes, his costs for runningthe� , t sewer would be doubled. Mr. Tschida and a representative of thee t r M opolitsn Steel FabriQat- 4r ing Company explained that: the fabricatingcoma would .'i company like a building permit as s o vn as possible. They would like to be moved into the loca- tion oca- tion by December 1st, 1975. It was explained to them they would need a site plan approval and a land survey before theyget building can a il ing per mit. Tschida will also need to furnish a copy of the sales contract showing he is sellingfive acres to et yMetropolitan Steel Fabricating Company. Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Ehret, to have the Planning Comm- ission Secretary notify the cityengineer t o appear g at the next meeting.
