They should <br /> also ask for variance to allow gravel on the parking lot of the fabric- <br /> at ing company !Until Farnham Avenue is completed. Notion carried. <br /> Robert Van Der Werff <br /> Mrs. Robert ,=an Der Werff appeared on behalf of her husband to <br /> make application for a variance et 5892 Oneka Lake T?oulevard to build <br /> a garage less than ?0f from the property line. The .”15 fee has been <br /> paid. She presented a sketch showing they would like to build the <br /> garage only 181 from the street. It was the opinion of the ~ommission <br /> that 181 was too close to the road. <br /> Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Leroux, that the Commission <br /> recommend to the CityCouncil that a variance hegiven t o build a <br /> 1 gar- <br /> age <br /> ar-age less than 30' from the property line, provided that the garage <br /> shall be at least 221 West of the lot line bordering Free land Avenue. <br /> Voting aye: Spitzer, Ehret, Leroux, peloquin, Rosenquist and Peltier. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Joe Qman <br /> Mr. Oman made application for a special use permit to put in <br /> seven additional pads on the south side of his trailerrk The <br /> Pa $35 <br /> fee has been paid. <br /> It was the consensus of the commission, approvalwas given <br /> if <br /> to install only an additional seven pads, next year, Mr. Oman would be <br /> back for approval for seven more, etc. <br /> { Motion made by Leroux, seconded by Peltier, that it be recommended <br /> to the City Council that a special use permit be granted to Mr. Oman <br />
