That a suitable sewage system be worked out between the <br /> Jensen' s, the Washington County Planner, end Mr. Harless, <br /> the Jensen's engineer. <br /> 2. If the existing site is unbuildable , that they can find a <br /> new site without reappearing before the Planning Commission <br /> again. <br /> Members voting for: Ehret , Peloquin, hosenquist and Peltier. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Granger Body Shop <br /> Darrel Granger appeared before the Commission with an application <br /> for rezoning of his property at 14815 Forest Boulevard from Concentrated <br /> Business to Industrial Use-manufacturing limited, The application fee <br /> has been paid. He stated that the body shop was burned out and the <br /> most econirnical way to rebuild is to erect a separate building to the <br /> rear of the present filling station, since the filling station is pen- <br /> alized insurance-wise if the body shop is connected. He owns the prop- <br /> erty to the rear, but present zoning will not allow building of a body <br /> shop. <br /> Notion made by Ehret , seconded by Pel ier, to schedule a public <br /> hearing for the 16th day of October 1975 , at 7:30 PM for the purpose <br /> of rezoning the property from Concentrated Business to Industrial-man- <br /> ufacturing limited. <br />
