Lee Stewart <br /> Mr. Stewart appeared regarding his application for e special use <br /> permit to operate a used car lot at the corner of 141st Street and <br /> Forest Boulevard. The location is presently the site of Margaret ' s <br /> Drive In. He would like to keep 12 to 15 cars on the site and would <br /> use the building that is presently on the site. <br /> He stated that there is 145 feet of frontage on Forest Boulevard; <br /> that the cars would be parked behind the sign about 20 feet from the <br /> roadway. He presented the Commission With a free hand sketch of the <br /> proposed operation, which he drew at the meeting. He stated he oper- <br /> ated at 4085 Hwy. 61, in White Bear Lake , during the last year but this <br /> lot is not presently in operation. <br /> He was told the cars could not he placed close enough to 141st St . <br /> to block the view of people turning onto Hwy 61. He was also told he <br /> would have to show proof of ownership and present a site plan drawn to <br /> scale before any recommendation can be made. <br /> Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Peloquin, that the matter be <br /> tabled until Mr. Stewart brings in a site plan drawn to scale end proof <br /> of ownership. The site plan must also be approved by Bill ,Schwab, Wash- <br /> ington County Planner, before the meeting. Voting aye : Ehret, Peloquin, <br /> Rosenquist and Peltier. Motion carried. <br /> Gerald and Gillian Moe <br /> Mr. Jerry Moe appeared with en application for rezoning of his <br /> property, consisting of 95i acres , at 9686 140th Street North, from <br /> Conservancy to Agricultural, together with a slight density variation, <br /> and also a request for a public hearing as 'soon as possible. <br /> The request was discussed with Mr. Moe , who stated he wanted the <br /> rezoning to agricultural , not so he could farm, hut for home sites. <br />
