Ownee - <br /> Lavina Duraine also applied for a mining permit. <br /> Motion made by Peloquin, seconded by Peltier, that a public hearing <br /> for the mining permit and special use permit for the Schuh and Duraine <br /> mining operation be scheduled for 7:30PM on January 14; 1976 at the <br /> Hugo City Hall. The City Engineer and the City Attorney will be not- <br /> ified to attend the hearing. Motion carried. <br /> Neil Peltier <br /> Mr. Peltier, who presently operates the Recreational Vehicles and <br /> Interiors and Supplies appeared for site plan approval for a new build- <br /> ing. He has a 2Lx80 building on a one acre parcel on 140th Street just <br /> west of the RR tracks and has a platform already in for an additional <br /> 24140 building which he wants to use for storage purposes. He wants <br /> site plan approval for that second building. <br /> Motion made by Rosenquist , seconded by Ehret , that the request be <br /> tabled until the next meeting and that the applicant be required to <br /> furnish information showing traffic flow, proposed structure with park- <br /> ing and description of the use of the building and that he make a formal <br /> request for site plan approval. Motion carried. <br /> Shepherd of the Fields Lutheran Church <br /> Lester Winter was the spokesman for the group, which included the <br /> pastor, who appeared for discussion of a six acre site , presently owned <br /> by Vern Peloquin, which they would like to build a church on. <br /> Meting Cancelled <br /> Motion made by Peltier, seconded by Rosenquist, that the regular <br /> meeting scheduled for December 24th be cancelled. Motion carried. <br /> Reatpoint ments <br /> Motion made by Peloquin, seconded b y Peltier, that the Planning <br /> Commission recommend to the City Council that Robert Rosenquist and <br /> Larry Ehret be reappointed to the PlAnning Commission for a second term. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
