16. All roads will remain open to local traffic with the exception of 147th Street between <br />the parking area on the Atkinson property and Irish Avenue. <br />17. The applicant will secure a minimum of six Washington County Deputies to be <br />present during the event. <br />18. Parking and traffic procedures will take place as indicated above for the duration of <br />the event. <br />19. Weather conditions will be monitored during the event and delays/cancellations will <br />be determined by the opinions of medical, security and/or police staff. <br />20. Garbage receptacles shall be regularly emptied and the event site kept clear of debris. <br />21. There shall be vehicle access to all areas of the event for response to emergencies. <br />22. Should a wetland permit be necessary, the applicant will comply with all conditions <br />stated in the permit. <br />23. All activities associated with the event including, but not limited to, all outdoor stage <br />performances, amplified sounds, food and beverage service, shall end by 7:00 p.m. <br />AFTER THE EVENT <br />24. All garbage shall be removed from the event property and properly disposed of by no <br />later than Monday, July 18, 2016. <br />25. All temporary structures placed on the event property specifically for the Tough <br />Mudder Event shall be taken down by no later than Friday, July 22, 2016. <br />26. All signage visible from a public street will be removed immediately after the close <br />of the event. <br />GENERAL REQUIREMENTS AND PROHIBITIONS <br />27. No camping or other overnight accommodations are allowed on the event property. <br />28. No fireworks are permitted for this event. <br />29. Minor changes to this permit may be approved by City staff. Changes staff deems to <br />be significant will require Council review and approval. <br />
