The applicant shall obtain all required permits from Washington County related to <br />placing signage in the road right-of-way. <br />2. The applicant will provide the City, for approval, a list of signs to be placed in the <br />right -of ways indicating the location and wording on each. <br />3. Signs will be located in the rinsing area that alerts participants that the water is non <br />potable, unsafe for drinking. <br />4. Notices will be mailed to residents on Irish Avenue, Homestead Avenue, and 147th <br />Street informing them of the event. This notice will be approved by City staff prior to <br />sending. <br />5. The applicant shall provide the City approved engineer drawings of all obstacles. <br />6. The applicant shall obtain an electrical permit and pay all permit fees. <br />7. A pre -event walk through of the site will be conducted by the Building Official and <br />Electrical Inspector. <br />8. The applicant shall provide copy of insurance for the event to the City of Hugo, <br />naming Hugo as additionally insured. <br />9. The applicant will provide the City a signed Hold Harmless Agreement. <br />10. The applicant shall submit information on the parking management company that will <br />be responsible for parking operations. <br />11. The applicant will provide the City a copy of the agreement for parking on the <br />Atkinson property. <br />12. A temporary liquor license will be applied for by a non-profit group selling/serving <br />alcohol, or the selling/serving of alcohol will be done by a license caterer. <br />13. The applicant will submit a wetland map of the site with the course shown on it. Any <br />portion of the course in a wetland area will be evaluated to determine the extent of the <br />impact. The applicant will be required to apply for a permit if necessary. <br />DURING THE EVENT <br />14. The applicant shall conduct the event in accordance with the approved plans <br />submitted with the application. <br />15. The applicant and all on-site vendors shall comply with all applicable federal, state, <br />and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances related to the Tough Mudder Event. <br />4 <br />
