L.1 Council Photo and City Administrator Performance Review on Tuesday, June 13, 2016 <br />A gathering of the Council at the Council chambers dais for a photo has been scheduled for <br />Tuesday, June 13, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. Immediately following, the Council will conduct the annual <br />performance review for City Administrator Bryan Bear. <br />L.2 Reschedule July 4, 2016 Meeting to July 5, 2016 Due to Independence Day Holiday <br />Due to the Independence Day Holiday on Monday, July 4, staff recommends Council reschedule <br />the first regular Council meeting in July to Tuesday, July 5, 2016. <br />L.3 U.S. Bicycle Route 41 Open House on Thursday, June 9, 2016 <br />The MnDOT is developing a new bicycle route, U.S. Bicycle Route 41, which will connect Hugo <br />to St. Paul and Grand Portage State Park at the Canadian border. An open house will be held on <br />Thursday, June 9 from 4-6 p.m. at the White Bear Lake Police and Fire Building, 4700 Miller <br />Avenue, to learn more about the route and provide input. This has been posted as a potential <br />quorum of the Council in case Council wishes to attend. <br />LA Good Neighbor Days June on 9-12, 2016 and Historical Commission Display on June <br />11-12,2016 <br />The Hugo Lions Club will be holding their annual Good Neighbor Days Festival on June 9-12 at <br />Lions Park. The Historical Commission has extended a special invitation to the Council to visit <br />their display on Saturday, June 1 I from 1-5 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. — 5 p.m. in the Oneka <br />Room at City Hall. <br />M.
