recommends that the Parks Commission make a recommendation to the City Council for an <br />amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to include Hanifl Fields Athletic Park and a Future Park <br />(Hansen Property) to Table 7-1. Table 7-1 is of the Hugo Local Public Parks, which lists active <br />and passive parks. Staff also recommends that the Parks Commission discuss the draft <br />ordinance and one of the following options: <br />■ Make a recommendation to the City Council for approval of the draft ordinance with <br />minimal changes. <br />■ Make a recommendation to the City Council for approval to discuss the draft ordinance <br />further and the formation of a Park Rules Sub -Committee. <br />■ Do nothing. <br />This item was tabled at the last meeting. <br />V. Discussion on a Snow Jam <br />Staff will present a budget and proposal for a Snow Jam to be held on January 15, 2011. <br />VI.
