RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends the concept plan for the first phase of development and the proposed <br />budget for approval. <br />Staff recommends that the Parks Commission discuss the proposals for the skate park <br />equipment and select a vendor. <br />Staff also recommends that a Skate Park Design Board be formed with two <br />representatives from the Parks Commission, a member of the Hugo Lions Club, Brady <br />Peterson (requested a skate park), Eric Romey (requested a skate park), Anderson and <br />Syverson.
