V. Discussion on Hansen Property as Passive Park <br />Scott Anderson, Public Works Director asked if the Hansen property could be evaluated <br />to determine location of trails and to discuss if the property is determined as a passive <br />park. <br />Clark and Windisch volunteered to walk the property to assist in evaluating tail locations. <br />Clark made a motion, Windisch second to declare the Hansen property as a passive <br />park. <br />All Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />VI. Update on Parks and Recreation Programming Sub -Committee <br />Shayla Syverson, Economic Development/Parks Intern informed that the Parks and <br />Recreation Programming Sub -Committee discussed the Lions Park, Future Teen <br />Programs and Movie Night (again being another successful turn out with residents). <br />VII. Update on Health Sub -Committee <br />Shayla Syverson, Economic Development/Parks Intern attended the April 6, 2010 <br />meeting on the SHIP program. Prior discussions with Ann Pung-Terwedo, Washington <br />County and Dr. Aaron Arvig, Oneka Chiropractic continue and they were also in <br />attendance on these meetings. <br />The next meeting is April 20, 2010, at which the Sub -Committee will set goals. On May <br />13, 2010, Washington County is hosting a SHIP Workshop. <br />VIII. Upcoming Events <br />Shayla Syverson, Economic Development/Parks Intern updated the commission on the <br />upcoming activity calendar. <br />April 17 - Earth Day Clean up of Clearwater Creek Preserve Park <br />April 17 - Kidz N Biz Fest <br />April 24 - Hugo Dog Walk <br />April 24 - City Spring Clean up <br />May 8 — Spring Savings Show <br />X.
