The first phase is proposed to extend 158th Street from the Heritage <br />Ponds development up to Street E and will include 17 lots. The anticipated park <br />dedication fee with the first phase is $33,252. <br />4. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Although the Parks Plan does not express a need for additional parkland in this area of <br />the city, the applicant's proposal will enlarge an existing neighborhood park and will <br />facilitate pedestrian access to the park from future neighborhoods to the north of the park. <br />Staff recommends acceptance of the park dedication as proposed by the applicant.
