Picnic areas may not be used or held for the purpose of excluding <br />others. <br />14) Fires are only allowed in designated areas. <br />15) No person, association or corporation shall engage in or solicit <br />business within a park without the consent of the City Council. <br />16) Skating, biking and skate -boarding are only allowed on paved areas <br />and may not be of a nuisance. <br />17) Gambling, or participating in a bet or game of chance is not allowed on <br />park property. <br />18) No signs or advertisements may be posted on park property. <br />19) Every person on park property must be appropriately clothed. <br />20) Fireworks, firecrackers or other explosives may not be brought onto <br />park property or discharged. <br />
