Part 3: Presentation of the Master Plan <br />The final product of the public planning process could include a master plan map and <br />supporting document prepared by Landform. This would be presented at a public <br />meeting. <br />4. PROPOSED SCHEDULE: <br />Immediate: Coordinate future steps with City Staff and Consultants. <br />Start gathering background information. <br />June 6: Seek City Council approval to start master planning <br />2"d or 3`d week in July: Hold public workshop #1 <br />July 1-30: Make online survey available <br />2"d or 3`d week in August: Hold public workshop #2 <br />September 14: Presentation of master plan to the public. <br />Seek a recommendation from the Parks Commission. <br />October 3: Presentation of master plan to the City Council. <br />Seek approval. <br />5. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff is seeking authorization to coordinate with planning and design consultants at <br />Landform and a recommendation to the City Council to develop a master plan for Lions <br />Park. <br />6.
