When funds are needed for the project Dave and Gary will present a request and an invoice for approval. Once
the funds have been approved the invoice will be paid. If there are miscellaneous expenses then any
reimbursement will only occur when a receipt is presented.
3. After this period of time this agreement would
be renegotiated.
Submitted by: Gary Wilson and Dave Percival
October 5, 2011
0
