Taylor made a motion, Birch seconded to direct staff to recommend to the City Council <br />at their May 21, 2012 Council Meeting to accept the proposal from Brauer & Associates <br />to assist with the preparation of master plan drawings for Lions Park. <br />All Aye. Motion Carried. <br />V. Update on Hanifl Concession Stand <br />Parks Planner, Shayla Syverson updated the Commission on the concession stand at <br />the Hanifl Fields Athletic Park. The Hugo Lions Club opened the concession stand at <br />Hanifl for the season on Monday, April 30, 2012. The stand is being staffed by White <br />Bear Lake Soccer volunteers. The stand will be open Monday thru Thursday and on <br />select weekends when events or tournaments are scheduled. <br />VI.
