Minutes <br />Parks Commission, City of Hugo <br />September 9, 2015 <br />7:00 P.M. <br />Council Chambers, City Hall <br />Call to Order <br />Present: Cinde Morris, John Pontrelli, Mat Rauschendorfer, Nicole Schmid, Dave <br />Stru b, <br />Ranell Tennyson, Tom Windisch <br />Staff Present: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br />Shayla Denaway, Parks Planner <br />Debi Close, Secretary <br />Tom Windisch called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm. Lions Park Update added to <br />Agenda. <br />I. Approval of Minutes from August Meeting <br />Windisch made a motion, Pontrelli seconded to approve the minutes of the August 12, <br />2015 Parks Commission meeting. <br />All Aye. Motion Carried. <br />II. Irish Avenue Park Update <br />Parks Planner Shayla Denaway updated on the City Council discussion held August 17, <br />2015. Concerns were brought up at the neighborhood meeting held with the Parks <br />Commission on August 12, 2015. Residents were unsure of the radio controlled (RC) <br />track/cars noise levels and the possible disruption with other current park uses. City <br />Council and City Staff met with the Department of Natural Resources and Washington <br />County Sheriff Department to discuss current activity and any concerns. City Council <br />
