An article that was in the White Bear Press and the Park Naming Policy are attached. <br />8:00 pm Park Dedication Proposal from DigniCare <br />At their meeting of October 10, 2015, the Planning Commission approved a Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) for Dignicare Senior Living and Memory Care of Hugo. Staff recommends <br />approval of their proposal to pay park dedication fees in the amount of $76,800 for the 32 unit <br />building. <br />Please see the attached memo. <br />8:30 pm Upcoming Meeting Dates <br />The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Parks Commission is November 11. This is <br />Veterans Day and City Hall will be closed. Staff recommends that the Parks Commission re- <br />schedule their meeting to November 18 or December 2. The agenda would include goal setting <br />and the Capital Improvement Plan. Staff also recommends cancellation of the December 9 <br />meeting. <br />The annual Holiday Party was scheduled by the City Council for Thursday, December 10. The <br />Parks Commission is invited to attend the social event. <br />8:45 pm Adjournment <br />
