Minutes <br />Parks, Recreation, and Open Space Commission <br />Meeting of February 10, 2016 <br />Hugo City Hall, 7:00 pm <br />Call to Order <br />Present: John Pontrelli, Mat Rauschendorfer, Nicole Schmid, Dave Strub, Ranelle Tennyson, Tom Windisch <br />Staff Present: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director; Shayla Denaway, Parks Planner; Debi Close, Secretary <br />Windisch called the meeting to order at 7:05 pm. <br />1. Approval of Minutes from January Meeting <br />Tennyson made a motion, Pontrelli seconded to approve the minutes of the January 13, 2016 Parks <br />Commission meeting. <br />Windisch abstained <br />Ayes. Pontrelli, Rauschendorfer, Schmid, Strub, Tennyson <br />�. <br />Motion carried. <br />Windisch requested a discussion on the Vice Chair position and the YMCA Board position be added to the <br />agenda. <br />2. Vice Chair Position <br />Windisch requested a vice chair position be created and asked Dave Strub if he would be interested in filling <br />this seat. . <br />Windisch made a motion, Pontrelli seconded to elect Dave Strub as Parks Commission Vice Chair. <br />All Aye. Motion Carried. <br />3. YMCA Board Position <br />Parks Planner, Shayla Denaway informed that Ranell Tennyson volunteered to represent the City of Hugo on <br />the Forest Lake YMCA Board.
