Resolution 2016-8 <br /> Page 4 <br /> nursery stock, fruit, vegetables, forages, grains, timber, trees, or bees and apiary <br /> products, and other uses dependent on the inherent productivity of the land. <br /> c. The developer's architectural control committee (ARC) shall review and approve <br /> all building designs for compliance with this resolution, prior to building permit <br /> submittal. A written copy of the ARC approval shall be submitted with the <br /> building permit application for each building. The City shall review the building <br /> architecture for compliance with the approved plans prior to issuance of building <br /> permits. <br /> I <br /> d. At the time of final plat approval for each phase of the development, the <br /> applicant shall submit PUD Final Plans for the review and approval of the City <br /> staff. <br /> e. The applicant shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br /> 8. Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the first building, the applicant must <br /> comply with the following conditions: <br /> a. The landscape buffer around the perimeter of the site shall be fully installed. <br /> b.
