To whom it may concern, <br />Wilson Tool would like to hold their annual picnic on Saturday <br />August 13th 2016 at Hanifl Park from 4:30 P.M. until 12:00 A.M. We <br />hope for between 1200 and 2000 attendees. The event is free of charge and <br />open to all current and retired employees of Wilson Tool and their <br />families. <br />We would like to set up approximately 20 tents sizes ranging from <br />10' x 10' all the way up to a 40' x 80', 300 tables, 1500 chairs, 5 to 10 <br />interactive activities, 10 porta potties, 4 portable hand washing stations, a <br />40 yard container for trash, 20 to 30 garbage cans, and 2 refrigerated <br />trailers for beverages on Thursday August 11th and Friday August 12th and <br />removal by Monday August 15th <br />Their will be security from 4 P.M.to 8 A.M. on August 1 Phand 12th. <br />We will be serving grilled food, pulled pork, nachos and cheese, popcorn, <br />cotton candy, ice cream, bottled water, soda pop, beer wine and wine <br />coolers from 4:30 P.M. until. 11:30 P.M.. The Lions club will provide us <br />with bartenders, insurance, and a liquor license.
