approval by the Hugo Fire Chief. <br />G.10 Approve Temporary On -Sale Liquor License to Hugo Lions Club for the Wilson <br />Tool Company Picnic on Saturday, August 13, 2016 <br />As in past years, the Hugo Lions Club has applied for Temporary On -Sale Liquor License to <br />serve alcohol at the annual Wilson Tool picnic to be held at the Hanifl Shelter and Fields. The <br />City has received the appropriate Liquor Liability Insurance naming the City as additionally <br />insured, and they have secured four Washington County Deputies to be on site. Staff <br />recommends Council approve the Temporary On -Sale Liquor License for the Wilson Tool <br />company picnic. <br />G.11 Approve Brian Esch and John Brockberg as Probationary Employees on the Hugo <br />Fire Department <br />Brian Esch and John Brockberg have completed the application procedure to become firefighters <br />on the Hugo Fire Department. Fire Chief Kevin Colvard and Deputy Chief Jim Compton, Jr. <br />recommend appointment of Brian and John as probationary firefighters. Staff recommends <br />Council appoint Brian Esch and John Brockberg as probationary firefighters on the Hugo Fire <br />Department effective July 5, 2016. <br />G.12 Approve Resolution Appointing Election Judges for 2016 Primary and General <br />Elections <br />The City has received 39 applications from individuals to serve as election judges for the City of <br />Hugo's Primary and General Elections in 2016. All election judges will receive two hours of <br />training, and many of the judges have served in several past elections. City Clerk Michele <br />Lindau has prepared a resolution listing the election judges who will be staffing the five <br />precincts. Staff recommends the Council approve the resolution appointing election judges for <br />the Primary and General Elections for 2016. <br />G.13 Approve Resolution Approving Joint Powers Agreement and Court Data Services <br />Amendment for Johnson /Turner <br />At its July 18, 2011 meeting, Council approved a Masters Joint Powers Agreement with the MN <br />Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) to allow the City <br />attorney's firm of Johnson and Turner to access the BCA's Criminal Justice Data <br />Communications Network (CJDN). In July 2012, Council approved an amendment to provide <br />additional tools available to access court data. This was a five-year agreement that will expire <br />soon, and Johnson/Turner is requesting Council approve the resolution approving the <br />agreements. <br />G.14 Approve Resolution Approving the Master Partnership Contract with MnDOT for <br />147' Street/Oneka Lake Boulevard Street Proiect <br />The 147th Street/Oneka Lake Boulevard project involves the use of the City's state -aid funds, and <br />as such includes specific requirements related to materials inspections. A number of the required <br />materials inspections can be completed most efficiently by MnDOT on behalf of the City. <br />MnDOT will complete the materials inspections on behalf of the City, and bill the City <br />
