Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the reduction in <br />the letter of credit to $30,411.50. <br />Approve Reduction No 2 in the Letter of Credit for OP3 Prairie Village LLC for Prairie <br />Village 4r" Addition <br />OP3 Prairie Village LLC had requested the City reduce their letter of credit for the Prairie <br />Village 4`s Addition Development. Senior Engineering Technician Steve Duff had inspected the <br />work and recommended the reduction of the letter of credit being held for the constructed <br />improvements in the Prairie Village 0' Development be reduced to $63,672.00 of the original <br />letter of credit $636,720.00. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the reduction in the <br />letter of credit to $63,672.00. <br />Approve Temporary On -Sale Liquor License for the Hueo Lions Club for Tough Mudder <br />Event on July 16-17, 2016 <br />Tough Mudder event organizers requested the Hugo Lions Club members serve beer at their <br />event at Wild Wings on Saturday and Sunday, July 16 and 17 The Lions Club had submitted an <br />application for a Temporary On -Sale Liquor License and the appropriate Liquor Liability <br />Insurance naming the City as additionally insured. In addition, they have secured two <br />Washington County Deputies to be stationed in the area where alcohol is served. Adoption of <br />the Consent Agenda approved the Temporary On -Sale Liquor License for the Hugo Lions Club <br />for the Tough Mudder Event on July 16 and 17, 2016. <br />Approve Special Event Permit for Wilson Tool Employee Picnic on Saturday, August 13 <br />2016 <br />Wilson Tool had applied for a Special Event Permit for their annual company picnic on <br />Saturday, August 13, 2016. Wilson Tool had reserved the Hanilf Fields, Hanifl Shelter, and the <br />Rice Lake Center for their event to celebrate their 50 year anniversary. A special event permit is <br />required because they expected between 1,200 and 2,000 people to attend, there will be live <br />music and fireworks, and alcohol will be served. Wilson Tool will be doing a presentation <br />during the event that the Council will be invited to. Staff will inform Council of the schedule <br />closer to the date and prepare a form of recognition for the Council to present. Adoption of the <br />Consent Agenda approved the Special Event Permit for Wilson Tool to hold their annual picnic <br />at the Hamfl Fields and Shelter on Saturday, August 13, 2016. <br />Weidt made motion, Miron seconded, to direct staff to prepare a resolution in recognition of <br />Wilson Tool's 50a' Anniversary for approval by Council at the next meeting. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried <br />Approve Application for Pyrotechnic Display, Inc for Fireworks at the Wilson Tool <br />Company Picnic on Saturday, August 13, 2016 <br />Pyrotechnic Display, Inc. had applied for a permit to display fireworks as part of the Wilson Tool <br />company picnic. A Certificate of Liability Insurance was provided to the City naming the City <br />
