Sprouts Pediatric Dentistry PUD Amendment and Site Plan <br />Page 6 <br />The approved plans for Victor Gardens South Village includes the approval for the monument <br />sign to be shared between this property and the Fairview building to the east. No additional <br />monuments will be allowed. <br />All signage will require a sign permit to be reviewed and approved by City staff. <br />5. CONCLUSION: <br />Staff has reviewed the PUD amendment and site plan for consistency with ordinance standards <br />and the applicable PUD standards for Victor Gardens. Staff finds the proposed development <br />complies with the intent of the original PUD approvals for Victor Gardens. The building layout <br />and architecture is very well designed, as well as, meets the design standards of the PUD <br />approvals. <br />6. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the PUD amendment and site plan for Sprouts Pediatric Dentistry, <br />subject to the conditions listed in the resolution. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
