Hugo City Council Meeting Minutes for November 7, 2016 <br />Page 8 of 9 <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the Memorandum of Agreement with the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District for Judicial Ditch No. #2. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Yellow Ribbon Network Report <br />Council Member Chuck Haas and Council Member Phil Klein reported to Council on the Yellow <br />Ribbon Network activities held recently. Photos were displayed of the National Guard in Egypt <br />who will be receiving a care package soon. An underwater camera had been sent to them and <br />Haas had picture that were taken. The YRN received thank you notes from children who <br />attended the National Guard Team Camp and from a Gold Star Mother they assisted. They YRN <br />also supported the 834 Aviation Support Battalion at the Vets Camp Picnic on October 1. They <br />received a thank you from the 135 Airwing member who had a house fire and they assisted. He <br />showed photos from the October 15th Pheasant Hunt. Another hunt will take place on November <br />12 and the youth hunt after that. Hanzel Construction will sponsor the next hamburger night <br />with entertainment by Musician Alyson Hanzal and Magician Justin Alan. <br />Park Dental Open House on Friday, November 11, 2016 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council that they had been invited to attend the Grand <br />Opening and Ribbon Cutting for Park Dental on Friday, November 11, 2106 from 11:30 a.m. — <br />1:30 p.m. Park Dental is located at 14741 Victor Hugo Boulevard North. <br />Haas made motion, Klein seconded, to schedule a meeting to attend the Park Dental Open House <br />on Friday, November 11, 2106. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Schedule Photos for Credentialim for Monday, November 14, 2016 <br />On October 10, 2016, Council participated in an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) tabletop <br />exercise with officers of the Hugo Fire Department and employees of Washington County <br />Emergency Management. There was discussion on credentialing of the Council and City Staff to <br />be able to provide identification in the case of an emergency. Washington County had offered to <br />come to the City to take photos and provide the necessary ID cards. <br />Weidt made motion, Miron seconded, to schedule the photos for credentialing for Monday, <br />November 14, 2016 at 4:45 p.m. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Board of Canvass on Monday, November 14, 2016 <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear reminded Council that the General Election will be held on <br />Tuesday, November 8, 2016, and the results of the voting need to be certified by the City <br />
