These are federal funds for the purpose of accelerating the broadband buildout to <br /> areas that lack access to infrastructure capable of providing 10/1 Mbps fixed broadband. <br /> CenturyLink Engineering and Construction Nanager Aaron Krebs was also present to provide <br /> information on the project. The project will bring fiber to the node, and will then use the existing <br /> cooper to the home to provide better internet service. The equipment being install is scalable to <br /> provide faster speeds in the future. Approximately 200-250 homes will be directly impacted by <br /> the CAF build, and it will be completed by this fall. He provided a map showing the general <br /> area and explained that a lot of the information is proprietary. Thirty days prior to going live, <br /> they will be doing full marking efforts. <br /> Approval of the Consent Agenda <br /> Haas made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda items. <br /> 1. Approve Resolution Approving PUD Amendment and Site Plan for Sprouts Pediatric <br /> Dentistry at 14722 Victor Hugo Boulevard North <br /> 5. Approve Resolution Approving Minor Subdivision and Variance for Lot Size for Dennis <br /> Kelly at 10100 170"' Street North <br /> 6. Approve Pay Request No. 1 from Peterson Companies for Beaver Ponds Stormwater <br /> Reuse Project <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Approval of Claims <br /> Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> Approve Pay Request No. 2 from Arnt Construction for 147' Street/Oneka Lake <br /> Boulevard Street Proiect <br /> Arnt Construction had submitted Pay Request No. 2 for work done to date on the 147"h <br /> Street/Oneka Lake Boulevard street reconstruction project. Senior Engineering Technician Steve <br /> Duff and City Engineer Jay Kennedy had reviewed the pay request and found it satisfactory. <br /> Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved Pay Request No. 2 to Arnt Construction in the <br /> amount of$307,740.38 for the 147th' Street/Oneka Lake Boulevard Street Project. <br />
