Drinking Water <br />a. Minimum requirement = submit template that is nearly completed <br />b. Map Update (optional but recommended): <br />i. Update current maps to reflect current system and future trunk system <br />ii. Estimated Cost: $1,000 <br />c. Modeling (optional but recommended): <br />i. Update existing WaterCAD model (new/upsized pipes, adjust demands, re-callibrate — includes <br />one day of hydrant flow testing for calibration) <br />ii. Update ultimate WaterCAD model (update demand projections, make sure recommendations <br />from previous Comp Plan are still required) <br />iii. Estimated cost: $4,500 <br />d. Comprehensive Plan Chapter (optional): <br />i. Expand on Water Supply Plan template —write Comp Plan chapter so the Plan is a cohesive <br />document <br />ii. Include pipe sizing and modeling results <br />iii. Provide cost estimate for 2040 system <br />iv. Estimated cost: $7,000 <br />e. TOTAL drinking water: $12,500 <br />2. Sanitary Sewer — these items are required <br />a. Existing System <br />i. Create maps with up-to-date land use and sewer system <br />ii. Estimate average flows by sewershed based on land use and metering data <br />iii. Estimated cost: $4,500 <br />b. 2040 System <br />i. Update flow projections <br />ii. Update sewer requirements including sewer main locations and diameters <br />iii. Provide cost estimate <br />iv. Estimated cost: $4,000 <br />c. Septic Items <br />i. Map locations of all public and private individual treatment systems <br />ii. Evaluate City's management program for SSTSs to comply with MPCA regulations <br />iii. Estimated cost: $1,500 <br />i <br />
