GENERAL PROVISIONS <br />Frequency: Maintenance will be performed 2 times per week <br />at City Hall, 2 times per week at Public Works - Rice Lake <br />Center, 1 time per week at the Fire Department and 2 times <br />per month at the Hanifl Fields Shelter. The exact hours are to <br />be set by MN Services and the client as dictated by the needs <br />of the contract. <br />Security: Your security procedures will be strictly adhered to <br />by MN Services and its management. All employees will be <br />required to have identification badges and wear our company - <br />issued shirt if the contract requires it. <br />Supplies: All supplies such as plastic bags, liners, toilet tissue, <br />hand towels, hand soap, sanitary napkins, etc. are to be <br />supplied by the customer. All cleaning supplies such as <br />disinfectants, window cleaners, etc. will be supplied at their <br />point of use by MN Services. <br />
