SCHEDULE OF MAINTENANCE <br />City Hall <br />Two Times Per Week <br />Entrance & Lobbv Area <br />Police area immediately outside of main entrance to pick up trash <br />Clean entrance door glass and adjoining interior glass <br />Vacuum all carpeted areas and entry runners <br />Sweep or dust mop hard surfaced floors, making sure to get edges, <br />corners and under furniture <br />Wet mop hard surfaced floors <br />Empty trash & recycling receptacles and replace liners as needed <br />Clean and sanitize drinking fountains <br />Spot clean switch plates, walls, doors, kick plates and moldings as <br />needed <br />Dust horizontal surfaces, ledges and lobby furniture as needed. Wipe <br />spots or spills from furniture as needed <br />Offices I Work Areas I Conf. Rooms I Council Chambers I Community Room <br />Wipe down reception area counter <br />Vacuum all carpeted areas <br />Sweep or dust mop hard surfaced floors <br />Wet mop hard surfaced floors <br />Empty trash & recycling receptacles and replace liners as needed <br />Wipe down conference room tables & chairs as needed and arrange <br />furniture neatly <br />Dust horizontal surfaces. We will not disturb papers or personal items. <br />Spot clean switch plates, walls, doors, kick plates and moldings as <br />needed <br />
