SCHEDULE OF MAINTENANCE <br />Two Times Per Week <br />Lavatory Maintenance <br />Empty waste receptacles and replace liners <br />Clean & disinfect counter tops, sinks and chrome fittings <br />Clean & disinfect door handles, push plates and switch plates <br />Clean and disinfect all toilets, seats and urinals <br />Clean walls & partitions around sinks, towel cabinets, partitions, <br />bowls and urinals <br />Clean & polish mirrors and frames <br />Clean and restock all non -vending dispensers <br />Sweep & wet mop all lavatory floors with detergent and disinfectant <br />Weekly pour water down floor drains to keep traps from drying out <br />Monthly dust tops of partitions <br />Break Room <br />Empty waste receptacles and replace liners. Spot clean walls behind <br />receptacles as needed <br />Clean microwave inside and out <br />Wipe down refrigerator and vending machine surfaces <br />Clean and disinfect sinks, faucets and counter tops <br />Wipe down tables with disinfectant <br />Wipe off or dust chairs as needed <br />Sweep or dry mop hard surfaced floors <br />Wet mop hard surfaced floors <br />Vacuum all carpeted areas and entry runners <br />Spot clean cabinet facings, drawers, walls, doors, moldings and switch <br />plates as needed <br />Janitorial Closet <br />Room, equipment and supplies will be kept clean and well -ordered <br />
